This week I have taken over the blog post responsibilities. You may not be aware of this, but Scott and I run this business together. We are partners (in life and business!) This week I want to talk about the marketing side of Briggs Family Chiropractic. Wait! What? Aren’t we suppose to talk about health here… well, yes, but let me jump in!
Recently, we launched campaign (starting with billboards in Grant County IN). The campaign is this, “Adjust Your Expectations”. Get it? “Adjust”…. Hopefully you have seen one of the billboards!
I wanted to take a moment to explain what we mean by this, and then ask for your help!
First, Scott and I have dealt with many chiropractic offices over our years together. When we met, he was an associate at a clinic. From that point forward there has been some “chiropractic” entity in our lives. Scott taught at Parker College of Chiropractic in Texas, he has been an associate in Utah where he specialized in pregnant mamas and babies, and we have been clinic owners a few times. It has been a journey.
One thing we have encountered is all different types of offices. While all chiropractors essentially do the same thing (adjust), we wanted our office to go beyond that. Scott brings so much of the technical expertise to the clinic— and I try to bring in the business side, the marketing, the customer service. I constantly am thinking of how we can serve our patients better. I don’t want our office to feel like a place where you are just a number, where we give you only a few minutes and then you are out the door, where it is more about a quick adjustment instead of patient care. I have to brag on Scott because he is an amazing doctor with such a caring heart for each and every patient.
We want to ADJUST EXPECTATIONS! We want you to feel welcome, supported, and taken care of with each visit.
We have been open almost two years at our Converse location (yes… two years!) and we are so blessed by each of our patients. Now, we want to see what we can do next to improve care, and your overall experience. This is where I want to ask for your help.
